Intuit offers conversion guides to provide an easy transition for Intuit product users when the New online banking platform goes live on February 13, 2017.
If you are a current Quicken user, you will need to find your Quicken program below, click on the download to get instructions to convert to our new system.
If you are a QuickBooks or Mint user, you will be a new user to our system and will not require these instructions.
After logging into Citizens Bank of Ada's Internet Banking, go to the Accounts tab to the Download option to export to Quicken, QuickBooks, Excel or CSV files. To minimize duplicate transactions in the Intuit product registers, users converting to Web Connect are instructed to avoid an overlap of previously downloaded transactions. These instructions are written in a general way to cover as many conversion scenarios as possible.
